DE Brandon Graham - Agreed to terms on a one-year deal on Friday, March 10, before the start of free agency.
C Jason Kelce - Agreed to terms to remain with the Eagles on Monday, March 13.
CB James Bradberry - Agreed to terms on a three-year deal on Wednesday, March 15.
RB Boston Scott - Signed a one-year contract on Wednesday, March 15.
DT Fletcher Cox - Signed a one-year deal on Thursday, March 16.
New Signings
RB Rashaad Penny - Agreed to terms on a one-year deal on Wednesday, March 15.
Departures
LB T.J. Edwards - Agreed to terms on a three-year deal with the Bears on Wednesday, March 15.
LB Kyzir White - Agreed to terms on a two-year deal with the Cardinals on Wednesday, March 15.
RB Miles Sanders - Agreed to terms on a four-year deal with the Panthers on Wednesday, March 15.
S Marcus Epps - Signed with the Raiders on Thursday, March 16.

Unrestricted Free Agents - Players with four or more accrued seasons whose contract has expired. They are free to sign with any club starting March 15, with no draft-choice compensation owed to the old club.
